Explore Bath and Stonehenge while Studying Abroad with CEA CAPA
For this photoset, I wanted to focus on the experiences CEA CAPA can provide to students looking to study abroad in London. Thus, when the CEA CAPA-provided trips to Stonehenge and Bath arrived, I knew I had to document this experience through photography for prospective students.
Experiencing history in Bath as our tour group walked past the magnificent Bath Abbey.
When in Rome-an Baths. This was such an iconic spot to visit!
A lot of students who consider studying abroad are excited by the idea of traveling around their host country and its neighboring countries; however, at the same time, they feel intimidated by trying to plan these trips by themselves.
It was great to take a moment to reflect and relax as a group during our exhausting but rewarding day.
Traditional Cornish pasties>>>, there’s nothing better than trying local food spots!
This is your sign to take the side streets. Strolling off the beaten path in Bath can lead to all sorts of adventures!
For a lot of students, this is their first time traveling and planning itineraries by themselves. I wanted to show them that CEA CAPA makes seeing more of your host country much simpler, as all you have to do to see new cities is sign up.
Good day sunshine (Bath version)
Buy yourself flowers from one of the many beautiful flower shops in Bath! The city is absolutely bursting with flora and fauna to explore.
When I arrived in Bath via a less-than-two-hour coach bus ride, I wanted to showcase the majesty of the architecture. It is one of England’s oldest cities and carries a rich history within it. I wanted to capture this history by photographing the Abbey and Roman Baths. This will hopefully give history lovers an idea of what they can expect while visiting Bath. For the non-history lovers, I captured the lively streets filled with charming shops and people. Even though this is a program-provided trip, you can make it your own through the activities you do.
Bath is for lovers! Whether it's with their sweetheart or friends, everyone loves to stroll around the historic streets of Bath.
Finally, after taking the bus for about an hour and a half, we arrived at Stonehenge. This mystical location attracts even the most skeptical travelers. I captured this mystery via different shots from various distances to showcase the grandeur of the site. I also included photos of just how many people chose to visit Stonehenge to show you how popular it is.
Solve the mystery of Stonehenge with CEA CAPA! Stonehenge is one of the UK’s most unique sites, featuring stones that are hundreds of years old!
POV: you just crossed Stonehenge off your bucket list! You can experience this wonder on a trip with CEA CAPA.
I want potential students to see all the many ways these pre-planned trips can take you to locations you never thought about going on your own. Overall, this photoset highlights CEA CAPA’s amazing included trips and the many ways students can make these pre-planned trips their own.
